MIMIKI products are handmade and shipped from Poland. We ship to EU, Norway, Switzerland, Japan, USA, Canada, United Arab Emirates, New Zealand and Australia. Please contact us in case of the delivery to any other countries to check the possibility and cost.

Depending on the size of the parcel there are different options of delivery while placing an order. We ship small parcels via Post Office (within EU) and Global Express service (outside EU). Puppet theaters are delivered by DPD or GLS (within EU) and by TNT (outside EU). 

All parcels within EU are delivered within 3-7 working days and outside EU excluding customs clearance procedures: 6-11 working days for TNT service and for Global Express depending on country 14-28 working days. Should you have any questions about the delivery for specific country please contact us directly.

The cost of shipping depends on your location and will be quoted in your basket when placing an order on the website.

We take every measure possible to ensure the secure delivery of your order. In the event that your order has been damaged in transit, please notify us within 24hrs, so that we can process a claim with the courier company. We kindly ask you to send the pictures and detailed description to speed up the process.
