1. MIMIKI sells the products via the Internet.

2. To place an order please add selected items to your basket and fill out the order form.  

3. Performance of the contract occurs only when the shop gets the payment from Buyer. For international orders the payment can be done by Paypal or Paypal Express. 

4. In the unlikely case of unavailability of the items ordered, the buyer is informed immediately. The Buyer decides whether to send the partial order or cancel it completely. 

5. We reserve the right to change prices of products offered, carry and cancel promotions on our website or make changes to them. Promotions may include the limited number of items on stock.

6. Please be advised that personal information given on the order form are collected and processed in accordance with the Act dated. August 29, 1997. Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws of 2002 No. 101, item. 926, as amended). Personal data collected are used only for the purpose of execution of orders and to inform about promotions and under no circumstances are to be disclosed to third parties. Every customer of our shop has the right to access, modify and delete their personal information from our database.
